PUMP BODY

• 2",3" & 4" One piece casting in corrosion resistant aluminium alloy fitted with renewable steel wear plate . Drain plugs located on both sides for easy access. Priming plug, hand tightened.
  
• 6" All cast iron construction with steel shaft

IMPELLER

• 2" Three vane, cast wear resistant manganese bronze screwed to drive shaft
  
• 3" Four vane, cast wear resistant manganese bronze screwed to drive shaft
  
• 4" Four vane, trash type, cast wear resistant mang. bronze screwed to shaft
  
• 6" Semi open trash handling, cast iron, handles up to 32mm diameter solids

SEAL ASSEMBLY

• 2” Two sets of double lip seals running on a hard nickel plated sleeve, packed with grease to ensure lubrication in the event of dry running
  
• 3" Carbon/ceramic spring loaded mechanical seal, grease lubricated by stauffer, secondary sealed ensuring lubrication in the event of dry running
  
• 4" Carbon/ceramic spring loaded mechanical seal, grease lubricated auto-feed reservoir, secondary sealed ensuring lubrication in the event of dry running
  
• 6" External carbon/ceramic double faced, separately lubricated mechanicalseal. Allowing dry running with out damage to rotary parts
